Your health + wellness lifestyle coach, who is ready to help you take the control back from food, fit back into your jeans, love the women you see in the mirror and bring joy back into your life. Through my own transformation and love for all things wellness, my mission is to help you find balance with food, build your self-confidence, embrace your body (hello two piece!), reignite your self-worth, and feel supported and empowered to take the needed steps forward to better your health, better yourself and create a joyful life you are proud to call your own.
I too know what it feels like not to be my best self and live life on the sidelines. I lived many years stressing over my weight, hated what reflected back from the mirror, was completely disconnected from my body, food controlled everything I did and felt, and allowed life to pass me by. I was 60 lbs overweight, a compulsive soda drinker, a lover of all things sweet, and terrified of the gym. I understand what it is like to be paralyzed by food choices, and thinking hours at the gym doing cardio would solve all my problems. Until one day my body had enough of my unhealthy habits and let me know it. I too have been in that hopeless mode, desperate to fit into my favorite jeans, hiding behind layers of clothing, and lost inside the bag of chips. You know what you should be doing but are stuck on how to implement into your own life. That’s where I come in!
